About the
Harley Street Maxillofacial Clinic

Oral and maxillofacial treatment team

A leading destination for oral and maxillofacial treatment

Harley Street Maxillofacial was opened in 2012 by consultants who had many years’ experience working in Harley Street practices. Bringing together leading consultants in both dentistry and medicine, along with state-of-the-art technology and equipment, we give our patients access to comprehensive, multidisciplinary care away from the hospital setting. Patient wellbeing is our priority, and we aim to fit in seamlessly around the busiest of schedules.

State-of-the-art facilities
& complex treatment planning

At Harley Street Maxillofacial, we use only the latest imaging, dental, medical and sterilisation equipment – all selected to support fine work, but also to be flexible. Our commitment to investing in technologies improves diagnosis, speed and accuracy, and means that the vast majority of procedures can be carried out as a day case in our relaxing private setting. In the event a hospital stay is required, we have established relationships with the Wellington Hospital and Hospital of St John & Elizabeth, though admission is unusual, even for those with complex needs. With our approach, you can reassure your patients that – no matter how complex their treatment with us will be – it will be carefully planned and coordinated, causing the least possible disruption to their schedule.

Kaveh was awarded membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006 and a Specialist Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2010. He has served as an examiner at the RCS since that time.

As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Kaveh has few peers. Being asked to review medical journals and share his skills are a natural result, although using those skills to help people will always be his first wish.

Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues forms an important part of Kaveh’s practice. He is a teacher and mentor for trainee specialists, a welcome presenter at medical conferences, and has published a number of papers in scientific journals. Referring colleagues interested in furthering their skills are welcome to accompany their patient during their procedure at Harley Street Maxillofacial.

Kaveh regularly works with the national media and has written for The Telegraph, The Daily Mail and The Times, and made a number of appearances on ITV’s This Morning and Radio 5 Live. Sharing his knowledge with the public is important to him, and he enjoys working with the media to help people avoid serious harm and be aware of the support available when they have a problem.
